Ambassadors Schedule 2026-2027 

The MV Ambassador meetings will be held on a Tuesday morning each month from 7:50 - 9:30 a.m., August - April. There are optional tours available as well; those dates will be updated at the bottom of this page once they’re scheduled.

  • The meeting locations rotate to different areas in the district. Several are held at the administration building due to the available large space. 

  • If there is a two-hour delay or cancellation, the meeting will be pushed back to the “rain date.” Ambassadors should include the rain dates on their calendars, as they will be required if there is a delay or cancellation of the regularly scheduled meeting.

August 18 - 7:50-9:30 a.m. 

If there is a two-hour delay, the meeting will then be held on August 25 from 7:50-9:30 a.m.

  • “Welcome, Meet the School Board, Learn Operations & Transportation”  - Meet upstairs at MVCSC Administrative Service Center, (1806 W. State Road 234, Fortville, IN 46040).

September 15 - 7:50-9:30 a.m.

If there is a two-hour delay, the meeting will then be held on September 22 from 7:50-9:30 a.m. 

  • “Explore Your Passions & Find Your Future at the High School” - Enter Mt. Vernon High School (8112 N. 200 West, Fortville, IN 46040) through Door #1

NEW! All current and former Ambassadors are invited to join us for lunch and learn more about MV’s finances. The meeting will be held upstairs in the Alumni Room at the MVCSC Administrative Service Center, 1806 W. State Road 234, Fortville, IN 46040.
