Ambassadors Schedule 2025-2026 

The MV Ambassador meetings will be held on a Tuesday morning each month from 7:50 - 9:30 a.m., August - April. There are optional tours available as well; see the bottom of the page for those dates. 

  • The meeting locations rotate to different areas in the district. Several are held at the administration building due to the available large space. 

  • If there is a two-hour delay, the meeting will be pushed back to the “rain date.”

August 19 - 7:50-9:30 a.m. 

If there is a two-hour delay, the meeting will then be held on August 26 from 7:50-9:30 a.m.

  • “Welcome, Meet the School Board, Learn Operations & Transportation”  - Meet upstairs at MVCSC Administrative Service Center, (1806 W. State Road 234, Fortville, IN 46040).

NEW! All current and former Ambassadors are invited to join us for lunch and learn more about MV’s finances. The meeting will be held upstairs in the Alumni Room at the MVCSC Administrative Service Center, 1806 W. State Road 234, Fortville, IN 46040.

  • Performance Enhancement Center (PEC) Indoor Turf Facility – Immediately after the December 16 Ambassador meeting
  • Transportation Center – Immediately after the February 10 Ambassador meeting
  • NEW! FINANCE MEETING OPEN TO ALL CURRENT AND FORMER AMBASSADORS – Join us for lunch on Thursday, April 9, from noon to 1 p.m., upstairs in the Administrative Service Center’s Alumni Room. Join us and learn more about how MV’s finances are managed, where dollars go, the impact of SEA 1, and how we’re planning for the future.
