- Proof of legal Settlement of a residential building agreement. This would be if a person is building a home in our district. This also can be called a “Building Agreement.”
- Rental Agreement/Rental lease, these can be up to 60 pages long. We only need the pages that have name, address and date on them.
- Property tax statement, with an upcoming due date.
- Voter registration card.
- TWO (2) DIFFERENT types of utility bills, dated within 60 days of submission, uploaded in a single file/image.

- Medicaid/WIC paperwork
- Banking information, IE:bank statement, credit card statement, blank check
