IDOE requires valid proof of residency of our students and requests data on this. MVCSC has been audited on this information and in preparation for future audits with IDOE, we are needing an updated proof of residency for all families.

Unfortunately you can only upload one file.  If you are choosing to upload the two utility bills, they would need to be captured together in one picture or scanned together in one file.  Acceptable file types include: .pdf, .png, .jpg,

Login to your family access account and click on My Account in the top-right corner.  From there you can update your address. 

Yes, you will need to upload the Proof of Residency for each child within Family Access.

If you are a step parent and live in that household, you can submit the proof of residency as long as the Proof of Residency has the name of one of the guardians living at that address. 

Once you have uploaded your document, you can assume that it has been accepted unless the district Registrar contacts you for clarification. 

Yes, you will need to provide an updated Proof of Residency document when you go through registration with the preschool. This is part of their registration already.

Yes, you will need to submit a Proof of Residency.

Please submit your proof of residency AND apply as a transfer student. 

If your situation remains the same, you do not need to submit anything at this time.

Go to https://indianavoters.in.gov/ and choose "check voting status". An image of your active voting record as shown below is considered an accepted proof of residency.
