Superintendent's Message

Thank you for taking the time to visit Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation’s website. I am honored to serve the Mt. Vernon school district. My role is to oversee the district and work alongside our outstanding teachers, administrators and support staff to ensure that quality instruction and meaningful learning opportunities continue to be provided to our students in an environment full of authentic engagement.

Mt. Vernon has experienced significant progress during our sustained period of growth, and we look forward to partnering with our students, parents, staff, and community members as we progress on our path of continuous improvement as a district.  Our vision is to Engage, Educate, and Empower today’s students to seize tomorrow’s opportunities.
