MV Hosts "Realtors Breakfast" Event

MVCSC recently hosted local realtors and builders in the community at an engaging breakfast where they learned more information about Mt. Vernon. Attendees also enjoyed student entertainment, played a game and trivia, won prizes, listened to a presentation from Dr. Parker and also heard from the Cumberland and McCordsville Town Managers. Mt. Vernon resources were also shared with realtors in an effort to help sell listings. 

Attendees were entertained with some entertainment from students from the Mini-Marauder Preschool, who performed “The Wheels on the Bus,” followed by eighteen cast members from Mt. Vernon High School’s upcoming musical, Mamma Mia!, who performed two numbers from the show.

Following the student entertainment, realtors participated in a few fun activities before Superintendent Dr. Parker spoke about plans for Mt. Vernon’s Future Growth Plan. There were activities that took place where attendees won prizes, participated in a few Mt. Vernon trivia questions, met new people, all while learning new information about Mt. Vernon schools. Attendees were able to connect with one another, as well as various Mt. Vernon leadership members.
