Did you know that the Gleaners/MVCSC Food Pantry was originally one of five schools that was selected as a pilot program for Gleaners' school program? The pantry is open to MVCSC families once per month to help with food insecurity in the community.
Eligible Mt. Vernon families must have at least one child attending a Mt. Vernon School, (including the Mini-Marauder Preschool.) A voucher from the schools is necessary to receive food items. A voucher can be picked up in the main office of any school in the district. One voucher is available per Mt. Vernon family per month.
The Gleaners/MVCSC Food Pantry dates for the rest of the 2018-2019 school year are as follows:
* Open 4-5:30 p.m. at Mt. Vernon High School Door #12 (northwest corner)
