FES is Hosting CAMP INVENTION this Summer!

Vernon Community School Corporation (MVCSC) is hosting our first Camp Invention for elementary students this summer at Fortville Elementary School (FES).  It will be held June 12-16, from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.  The cost of the camp is $225; parents can sign up at www.campinvention.org.  Now through March 20, use promo code DISCOVER25 and save $25!  Click HERE for a flyer to print.  Also, be sure to check out the opportunities for grades 7-12 at the bottom of this article.


MVCSC is inspiring future innovators with Camp Invention.  Kindergarten through grade 6 are presented with fun, hands-on challenges that encourage creative problem solving, teamwork, entrepreneurship, and innovation.  Camp invention is led by educators with new curriculum taught each year.  The camp's top priority is to inspire future innovators and build their confidence in the natural ability to dream and create.

Offering Camp Invention fits right in with MVCSC's focus on providing STEM activities in the classroom.  The summer camp offers a fun way for students to explore, dream, create and build their ideas.
