At the Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation, we want to have an open and accessible dialogue with our parents. If you have a concern, please follow these steps to obtain the best solution possible:
Please address concerns with your child’s teacher or staff closest to the issue first (if the child is in middle or high school, the student should consider addressing the concern themselves).
If you don’t feel the concern is being addressed appropriately after speaking with the teacher or staff member then the next step is to contact the building principal.
The next step is to communicate with the Superintendent.
