Ambassadors Schedule 2022-2023

  • Most Ambassadors meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of the month from 7:50 - 9:30 a.m., August - April, however, March will be the first Tuesday of the month due to breaks and there will be no meeting in October or December. 

  • The meeting locations rotate to different areas in the district. 

  • If there is a 2-hour delay, the meeting will be pushed back to the following Tuesday of the month.

 

(Please note, these plans may be subject to change if county or state health departments provide guidance that requires us to modify the schedule or attendance. Meetings may be virtual if needed. The safety and health of our students and staff are our first priority, always.)

August 9 - 7:50-9:30 a.m.

If two-hour delay, the meeting will then be held on August 16 from 7:50-9:30 a.m.

  • “Welcome, Meet the School Board, Learn Operations & Transportation”  - Meet at the PEC (Performance Enhancement Center, 1927 W. State Road 234, Fortville, IN 46040 [across from Mt. Vernon Middle School])

September 13 - 7:50-9:30 a.m.

If two-hour delay, the meeting will then be held on September 20 from 7:50-9:30 a.m. 

  • “Business of Mt. Vernon” - Meet at the MVCSC Administrative Service Center (1806 W. State Road 234, Fortville, IN 46040) - We will begin in the board room.

  • Parking: Do not park next to the middle school football field as they will need the entire lot for student drop-off during our meeting. Please park in the few spots right in the front of the administration building, or to the south of the building, in between the transportation building and the administration building.

  • “Graduation! Now What…” - Meet at the MVCSC Administrative Service Center (1806 W. State Road 234, Fortville, IN 46040) - The meeting will be upstairs in the Alumni Room (an elevator is available).
