Through 9/8: MVCSC Collects Donations for Hurricane Harvey Victims

MVCSC Helps Hurricane Harvey Victims

The Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation (MVCSC) is a strong district that has been known for generously helping others in time of need.  Students are taught to lead by example in many philanthropic activities throughout the school year.  MVCSC is teaming up with Midwest Food Bank, the Salvation Army, and all Hancock County Schools in collecting donations for the victims of Hurricane Harvey through the morning of Friday, September 8.  Print a flyer with the details HERE.

  • New Socks & Shoes
  • New Clothes & Underwear
  • New Toys & Small Stuffed Animals
  • First Aid Items
  • Paper Products


All six Mt. Vernon schools are collecting donations.  Please drop off the items to the front office any Mt. Vernon School by Friday morning, September 8:
