Ben Wyss
I teach Algebra 1 and Geometry. I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and went to Bishop Luers High School. I played baseball, football, wrestling, and track & field. I was the Student Council President and the head of the Student Ambassador Committee. I was accepted to Indiana University for college and walked on to the football team. I played for 5 years, earning a scholarship my 5th year. I was an Alpha Beta honoree 6 times for outstanding GPA. I chose to teach at Mount Vernon for the opportunity to teach at a big public school, coach football and track & field, but not be too far from home.
