Naviance/Family Connection

MT. VERNON MIDDLE SCHOOL

NAVIANCE/ FAMILY CONNECTION

Naviance: Family Connection is a web-based tool designed especially for students to help make decisions about colleges and careers.  Students will use it to research college and career options, as it also provides up-to-date information that is specific to our school. Family Connection allows us to share information with parents and students about upcoming college visits, summer enrichment, scholarships, meetings, news, and events, as well as other web resources for college and career information.

We use a variety of the features in Family Connection throughout each year of middle and high school.  Below you will find a break out of such activities and our intended focus within each year of middle school.
